Established German Riding School Seeking Equestrian Facility for Lease, Partnership or Expansion
Ninas Westernponyranch is an established, family-operated riding school and equine education business in Germany, led by certified HIPPOLINI® instructor Nina Eckert.
We are currently planning the expansion of our concept to the United States and are looking for a suitable equestrian property, riding facility, farm or ranch where we can establish a sustainable long-term operation.
We are particularly interested in leasing an existing equestrian facility, but we are also open to lease-to-own arrangements, partnerships, operating agreements, business succession opportunities or other forms of long-term cooperation with a property owner or existing equestrian business.
Ideally, the property would already offer some horse-related infrastructure, such as pasture, fencing, stalls or shelters, riding areas, arenas or space suitable for lessons, camps and educational programs. Existing riding schools, boarding facilities, training barns or family farms with equestrian infrastructure would be especially interesting.
Our concept is centered around structured riding education, horsemanship and pony programs for children and families, including lessons, camps, workshops and educational activities. In addition, we are developing complementary educational products and services that can support the business beyond traditional riding lessons.
We already operate an established riding school in Germany and are therefore not simply looking for land, but for the right location and cooperation model to transfer and further develop an existing concept in the United States.
Our primary search areas are South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio, Idaho and Indiana. We are flexible within these states and would also consider exceptional opportunities elsewhere in the United States if the property, partnership or business model is a particularly good fit.
